Braid Miracle 30-Day Refund Policy

At Braid Miracle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused or only lightly used.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to request a refund:

Email us at hello@braidmiracle.com with your order details and reason for the return.

We'll provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Braid Miracle Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at hello@braidmiracle.com with your order number and a request to cancel.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our 30-Day Refund Policy to initiate a return.

Please note:

Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. However, you are still eligible for a refund under our return policy.
