At Braid Miracle, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused or lightly used.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Important Product Guidelines

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Disposable products (including Miracle Mitts) must be unopened to qualify for return.
  • Braiding hair must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Products showing significant use, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened disposable products
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

To Cancel an Order

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A cancellation request

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that appear excessive or fraudulent
  • Limit returns from accounts with repeated refund activity
  • Require additional verification when necessary
