At Braid Miracle, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused or lightly used.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Important Product Guidelines
Due to hygiene and safety standards:
- Disposable products (including Miracle Mitts) must be unopened to qualify for return.
- Braiding hair must be unused and uninstalled.
- Products showing significant use, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened disposable products
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To Cancel an Order
- Your order number
- A cancellation request
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.
Fraud & Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that appear excessive or fraudulent
- Limit returns from accounts with repeated refund activity
- Require additional verification when necessary
