Thank you for shopping with Braid Miracle. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Please note: Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Promotional free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly stated at checkout.
U.S. and Canada Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Additional international shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Braid Miracle is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, Braid Miracle is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Delivery exceptions
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your household.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to us if you need assistance initiating a carrier claim.
We will do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review and provide a resolution.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If we offer pre-order items:
- Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
